Build your guest profile

Your guest profile drives pitch relevance and your one-page guest introduction. Create it before asking AI to help with research or writing.

1. Enter the guest’s name, professional description, business or brand, and areas of expertise.

2. Specify the types of listeners you can genuinely help.

3. Write three to five interview topics as outcomes or questions, not vague keywords.

4. Include accurate public contact details and an optional booking link.

5. Save changes and review how your expertise comes across to a host.

Adding a headshot

Choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP file, up to 5 MB.

Reposition and crop to a square image with a round portrait preview.

Save the private photo. Optionally retain an optimized uncropped copy.

Only the photo owner should be able to view, replace or delete the stored original. Public photo sharing is disabled.

Tip: Use a high-resolution head-and-shoulders photograph with good contrast and no distracting background.
