Export a guest one-sheet

The one-sheet is a privately generated, text-selectable, one-page US Letter PDF that a guest can share with podcast hosts. It is not an automatically published profile page.

1. Open your guest profile and locate One-sheet details.

2. Review the name, brand, title, short bio, target audiences, credibility, website, email, booking URL and call to action.

3. Add three to five interview topics, one per line.

4. Keep the bio within the displayed 80-word limit and resolve any validation warnings.

5. Save the one-sheet details, select Preview guest one-sheet, then Download PDF.

6. Attach the file yourself when a show requests a guest introduction.

The downloaded PDF does not send itself, publish your private profile, consume AI research allowances, or overwrite your research profile. If a private photo is unavailable, the document may be generated without it.
