Account privacy

Your guest assets and podcast workspace information are intended to remain private to authorized access. Headshots use private storage and short-lived access links. Do not share passwords or upload private customer information to public forms.

Email access

When enabled, connect each user’s own Outlook account. Only the legitimate mailbox owner should approve Microsoft consent. The intended workflow stores an encrypted per-user connection handle and allows the owner to disconnect or reconnect. No shared company-wide mailbox access should be assumed.

Data portability

Export available show records periodically if you need an offline operational copy. Because CSV does not capture every history item, retain necessary outreach details in the workspace and check what is covered by your export.
