PodProspector’s research workflow uses podcast listing and feed evidence and, where available, official website information. An AI suggestion is a lead to verify, not a guarantee of suitability or a confirmed contact method.

1. Start with a topic that matches your guest expertise and the audience you want to reach.

2. Review the discovered podcast title, available description, episodes, and audience fit.

3. Check the evidence and the available host/contact route.

4. If a source cannot be verified, treat it as “Needs Verification.” Do not guess or invent an email address.

5. Save the relevant show as an opportunity and record why it fits.

AI research choices

Research model choices include Fast, Balanced, and Premium. They are intended to offer different trade-offs; actual usage limits and availability depend on the enabled account. Research calls are bounded and may stop when the current allowance is reached.

Research quality checklist

Does this show discuss subjects you can address with specific examples?

Is the show active, and is its audience relevant?

Has it featured outside guests?

Is the contact or guest-application route supported by a reliable source?

Can you explain in one sentence why this host’s listeners would benefit?
